Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager at EchoLeaf, you’ll play a hands-on role in executing a variety of marketing initiatives that support brand visibility, lead generation, and partner success. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll manage day-to-day operations across our owned media channels, assist with campaign execution, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and channel teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s organized, creative, and ready to grow their career in a fast-paced tech environment. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills across content, digital, partner marketing, events, and analytics, all while contributing to EchoLeaf’s go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage EchoLeaf’s owned media channels, including scheduling, posting, and performance tracking for LinkedIn, website/blog, and email campaigns
  • Maintain the marketing content calendar to align campaigns, partner activities, and product updates across teams
  • Coordinate lead nurturing workflows in Salesforce/Reply.io, including QA, testing, and performance reporting
  • Draft, proof, and format sales enablement materials—such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and case studies—in collaboration with Sales and Channel teams
  • Assist in maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content and channels
  • Support co-marketing efforts with reseller partners, including asset sharing, webinar coordination, email templates, and logo usage
  • Collect, analyze, and report on performance metrics from LinkedIn, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries (Figma/Canva), ensuring brand consistency and up-to-date versions
  • Execute approved content and visual updates to Webflow pages, including tracking links and basic SEO tagging
  • Coordinate logistics for industry events, including promo materials, digital follow-up campaigns, and partner activations
  • Support internal communications and employee advocacy efforts, including social sharing kits and company news posts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with sales goals, product launches, and partner priorities
  • Track project deadlines and deliverables using marketing project management tools to keep campaigns on schedule
  • Contribute creative ideas and campaign enhancements based on audience insights and campaign performance data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (internships or early professional roles welcome), preferably in B2B, SaaS, or tech
  • Cyber Security Experience, a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, concise, and brand-aligned style
  • Basic understanding of content marketing, social media strategy, lead nurturing, and SEO best practices
  • Proficient in web-based tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Reply.io, Canva, Figma, and scheduling platforms; familiarity with tools like Notion or Airtable for project tracking is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Webflow metrics, and CRM campaign logic
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting sales teams or contributing to channel/reseller marketing efforts
  • Understanding of LinkedIn company page management or employee advocacy programs
  • Basic video editing or visual design skills in Canva or Figma
  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret campaign performance data and recommend improvements
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn technical concepts like cybersecurity and channel marketing
