Sales Support & Inside Sales Specialist
EchoLeaf seeks a Senior SMB Sales Rep to own full-cycle sales across new business and existing accounts in data storage and security.
THE OPPORTUNITY
EchoLeaf is hiring a Sales Support & Inside Sales Specialist to drive pipeline growth while supporting the operational execution of our sales process. This hybrid role combines outbound prospecting and deal ownership for smaller accounts with the coordination and documentation required to move opportunities efficiently through the pipeline.
You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to keep deals moving, maintain CRM accuracy, and support both direct and channel sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both generating opportunities and ensuring the details behind each deal are executed correctly.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Generate and qualify new opportunities through outbound outreach (phone, email, social)
Manage the full sales cycle for smaller or transactional accounts
Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data, including lead routing, account assignments, and pipeline updates
Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline and conversion activity
Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support deal progression
Support channel partner sales efforts and coordination
Assist with sales collateral, templates, and pricing tools
Coordinate order and contract processing with Finance
WHAT WE NEED
2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or sales operations
Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally
A proactive mindset with the ability to balance outbound sales activity and operational execution
STRONG PLUS
Experience in cybersecurity, data storage, or related technology
Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales environments
Advanced Excel or reporting skills
