Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager at EchoLeaf, you’ll play a hands-on role in executing a variety of marketing initiatives that support brand visibility, lead generation, and partner success. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll manage day-to-day operations across our owned media channels, assist with campaign execution, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and channel teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s organized, creative, and ready to grow their career in a fast-paced tech environment. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills across content, digital, partner marketing, events, and analytics, all while contributing to EchoLeaf’s go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Manage EchoLeaf’s owned media channels, including scheduling, posting, and performance tracking for LinkedIn, website/blog, and email campaigns
Maintain the marketing content calendar to align campaigns, partner activities, and product updates across teams
Coordinate lead nurturing workflows in Salesforce/Reply.io, including QA, testing, and performance reporting
Draft, proof, and format sales enablement materials—such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and case studies—in collaboration with Sales and Channel teams
Assist in maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content and channels
Support co-marketing efforts with reseller partners, including asset sharing, webinar coordination, email templates, and logo usage
Collect, analyze, and report on performance metrics from LinkedIn, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools
Maintain marketing asset libraries (Figma/Canva), ensuring brand consistency and up-to-date versions
Execute approved content and visual updates to Webflow pages, including tracking links and basic SEO tagging
Coordinate logistics for industry events, including promo materials, digital follow-up campaigns, and partner activations
Support internal communications and employee advocacy efforts, including social sharing kits and company news posts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with sales goals, product launches, and partner priorities
Track project deadlines and deliverables using marketing project management tools to keep campaigns on schedule
Contribute creative ideas and campaign enhancements based on audience insights and campaign performance data
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of marketing experience (internships or early professional roles welcome), preferably in B2B, SaaS, or tech
Cyber Security Experience, a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, concise, and brand-aligned style
Basic understanding of content marketing, social media strategy, lead nurturing, and SEO best practices
Proficient in web-based tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Reply.io, Canva, Figma, and scheduling platforms; familiarity with tools like Notion or Airtable for project tracking is a plus
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Webflow metrics, and CRM campaign logic
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting sales teams or contributing to channel/reseller marketing efforts
Understanding of LinkedIn company page management or employee advocacy programs
Basic video editing or visual design skills in Canva or Figma
Analytical mindset — able to interpret campaign performance data and recommend improvements
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn technical concepts like cybersecurity and channel marketing
